Our Pastor and FamilyRev. Scott Johnston is the Pastor of Living Hope Presbyterian Church. Scott was called by Westminster Presbyterian Church on Oregon Pike in Lancaster to be their Associate Pastor for Outreach in September of 2000. Before that he was a church planter and pastor of two other Presbyterian churches in the Pittsburgh area. A graduate of Grove City College and the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, Scott also attended Gordon-Conwell Seminary. Scott has also done coursework in the Doctor of Ministry program at Covenant Seminary in St. Louis. Scott's wife, Sandy, is a stay-at-home Mom. She home-schools their son Seth (daughter, Annie is a home-school graduate). Additionally, Sandy is a musician and teacher by training, Sandy is a certified music teacher, and continues to offer limited private lessons to violin students. Annie attends Lancaster County Career and Technical Center and enjoys spending time with her horse, Oreo. Seth is in high school and enjoys playing golf . The family pets are "Betsy" and "Fritz", both yellow labrador retrievers, and Annie's horse, "Oreo."
